- Diamkan 5 menit.
- Ambil 1 adonan, pipihkan perlahan (jangan sampai bocor), olesi air sebagai perekat, lalu gulung sambil padatkan.
- Posisi vertikal, pipihkan adonan, lalu gulung sambil padatkan.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 4-5 pcs.
- Ambil 1 bagian, pipihkan perlahan, isi dg bahan isian, tutup dan bentuk pastel.
- Tahap ini, bisa langsung digoreng atau simpan dlm wadah tertutup dan masukkan freezer. Tahan hingga ±1 minggu (blm pernah coba lebih krn langsung habis.. 😅).
- Jika langsung digoreng, panaskan minyak banyak dg api sedang, goreng hingga kecoklatan dan tiriskan.
