Cara Membuat Curry Puff a.k.a Karipap
- Siapkan bahan isian, potong kotak wortel dan kentang, tumis bumbu sampai haum lalu masukkan wortel, biarkan sampai setengah matang, baru masukkan kentang.
- Selah keduanya matang, tes rasa dulu sebelum ditambah maizena yang sudah dicairkan, aduk-aduk sampai mengental dan air habis.
- Campur dan aduk bahan A sampai kalis.
- Di mangkuk yang lain siapkan bahan B dan aduk sampai rata, lalu tutup dengan plastik wrap dan diamkan selama 10 menit.
- Taruh bahan A di dalam adonan bahan B, gilas lalu lipat single, lakukan 2x, setelah itu gulung dan potong sesuai ukuran yang dikehendaki.
- Beri isian, dan bentuk seperti kalau bikin pastel biasa, hati-hati saat menggilas supaya lapisan nggak rusak.
- Goreng dalam minyak panas, sampai kuning kecoklatan.
- Curry Puff siap disajikan.
