  3. Gulingkan ayam ke tepung terigu, celupkan ke campuran putih telur+susu cair. Lakukan langkah ini sebanyak 2x lalu terkahir gulingkan ke tepung panir sambil agak ditekan2 agar tepung menempel. Simpan di kulkas selama 30 menit agar tepung panir menempel sempurna.
  4. Panaskan minyak secukupnya, goreng ayam hingga matang kecoklatan. Angkat dan sajikan dgn pelengkap lainnya. Note: sebelum digoreng, jangan lupa tusuk giginya dilepas yaa.
