Bahan untuk Beef Teriyaki
- Siapkan 500 gram daging sapi.
- Siapkan 1 buah bawang bombay iris memanjang.
- Siapkan Bumbu Maserasi (Rendaman):.
- Siapkan 4 buah Baput, haluskan.
- Siapkan 2 cm Jahe.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm Saori Saus Tiram.
- Siapkan 2 sdm Kecap asin.

- Diperlukan 1 sdt Lada bubuk.

- Potong daging tipis memanjang, kemudian cuci bersih, setelah itu masukan ke dalam wadah campur dengan bumbu maserasi kemudian tutup dan simpan dalam kulkas 2-3 jam, agar bumbu meresap sempurna (saya 2 jam).
- Setelah 2-3 jam keluarkan daging yg telah dimaserasi dr dalam kulkas. Tumis dengan sedikit minyak (sebentar) kemudian tambahkan air secukupnya. Masak hingga daging matang (-/+ 1jam). 10 menit sebelum daging matang baru masukan bawang bombay. Cek rasa jgn lupa 🤗. Hidangkan.
